Our Ministries
We offer several opportunities for service at Southwest Baptist Church. Listed below are some of the ministries in which you can become involved:
SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES:
We have classes for all ages beginning at Nursery through Adult classes
JUNIOR CHURCH:
We offer Junior church for three years old through sixth grade. There are many opportunities for ministry in teaching, leading singing, etc.
CHILDRENS' MINISTRIES:
First through sixth grade children meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:45 p.m., for Patch the Pirate.
TOUCH TEAM:
We offer this ministry to those who like to write or call visitors or absentees. Each week we send out cards or someone calls a visitor or one of our members who is absent. We also have greeters who meet you at the door and welcome you to our services.
PRAISE TEAM:
Our Praise Team leads in worship through singing with praise songs during our Sunday Morning Worship and Evening services.
SENIOR CHIOR:
Members of the Bykota Sunday School class participate in our Senior Choir to provide special music. The Senior Choir practices every Wednesday at 6:15 p.m.
